Q: Is shopping at Max and Margot secure?
A: Yes, very secure. When you shop at Max and Margot we use 128 bit encryption, check for the padlock at the top/bottom of your screen when checking out. We also use the HSBC secure epayments to process your payment. Its very secure.
Q: I tried adding a product to my basket but it is still empty
A:
In order to use the shopping basket you must make sure that your
browser has cookies enabled. Go to you internet options settings in
your browser enable cookies and try again.
Q: Do you have a catalogue?
A: No currently all our products are online only
Q: I don't receive any of your emails or an answer to my email.
A: We aim to answer all e-mails within working hours the same day your email is received. Please add sales@maxandmargot.co.uk for information on orders and woof@maxandmargot.co.uk
for newsletters/sales updates to your address book, this avoids our email going into your spam/junk folders.

can accept all major credit cards/debit cards through our secure
payment pages. You can pay via HSBC secure epayments or via secure

Q: What are your delivery times?
A:
If the item is in stock and the order is received before 3pm we aim to despatch the same day
(Mon to Fri). The website advises you of stock availability for your

Q: What credit cards do you accept for payment?
A: We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
Q:. Can I place my order over the phone?

Q. When will I receive my order?
A: If the item you have purchased is in stock then we will aim to despatch it to you within 24 hours. Items are usually sent Royal Mail 1st signed for.
Q: Do you deliver to my country?
Yes we do deliver worldwide, if we do not ship to your country then you will be advised when registering.
Q: I will not be in when my item will be delivered, what do I do?
A:
You can always request delivery to a work address when placing the order or the carrier will
leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On
this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel. We will not deliver any items with out a signature, this is for security reasons.
Q: How Do I Measure My Dog?
A:Most
items have size charts. Please note the Breed Guidelines are not always
accurate as breeds vary. Please ALWAYS use the measurements
provided.
Q: I can't see the menu on the left of the screen its a blank box
A: This is because your browser does not support flash or if you use firefox you will need to quit firefox and reopen it again.
Q: Do you often change the prices on your website
A: We often change prices on our website because we buy the products in Euro or Dollar. If there is a good exchange rate like with the dollar we like to pass this onto our customers.
