
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How to make a return
- Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@maxandmargot.co.uk
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.
- Write the RMA on the front of the parcel. Returned items must be sent at your own cost by 1st class mail, special delivery and recorded delivery dependant on item value and weight.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Exchanges
When requesting your RMA, please specify the item you require. We can exchange an item for the same item in a different size or another item with the same cost, subject to availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
We do not charge additional shipping on exchanged items. This is a complimentary service we offer.
Receiving a refund
All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).
Our policy
Items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached.
Max and Margot will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
All items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Late Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of the date of your RMA request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Max and Margot and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.
In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at sales@maxandmargot.co.uk and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.
Faulty Items
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 7 days after delivery All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your RMA. We will refund your postage for the return on any items which were incorrectly sent or faulty items.
Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please notify us within 8 hours if you wish to cancel your order.
Our aim is to dispatch order as they are confirmed, but if we have not dispatched your order you can change sizes where available within 8 hours. Please send us an email confirming your change of size. For more information refer to the Terms and Condition page.
Items can only be cancelled if they have NOT been dispatched.
Non-deliverable, refused and unclaimed orders:
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.
In order for us to resend out your item we will recharge the postage costs for your item.
